We had a house full this weekend- Evil Pete, Big Dave, Aussie Dave, and Gerrys cousin Martin. The lads had come up to watch the FA cup final. They all went off to Cardiff for a spectacular drinking session.
I stuck £20 on Arsenal to inflict further pain on the beleagured Man Utd. Unfortunately I took the bet over 90 minutes and the match went to extra time.
It is a confusing sensation watching a team who really deserve a good kicking taking more of a hammering than seems all together necessary. There will be tears on the streets of Stevenage tonight as the Man U faithful mourn their pitiful demise.
