It has been ages since I had a really good star spot but last night I got a beauty- it ranks up there with my all time favourites Iggy Pop in Sardinia Airport and Flowella Benjamin at the National Theatre.
I was at an eDemocracy lecture at Oxford University and, in a moment of boredom I was scanning the room for amusing academic freaks when my gaze fell upon a chap who bore an uncanny resemblance to Richard Dreyfus. I had a little internal chuckle to myself about how much his students must take the piss and settled back to listen to the lecture.
At the drinks reception following the event I fell into conversation with Dagmara from Camden who told me that the bloke really was Richard Dreyfus. It seems he is lurking at lectures all over Oxford at the moment.
