We won an award last night. A proper award. The Good Communications Award for Print Innovation in fact. Fiona Bruce presented it. She didn’t exactly pull up any trees with her patter. She had clearly downloaded a couple of irrelevant anecdotes from the internet five minutes before appearing and clumsily tried to force them into her introductory speach, eventually returning to the communications theme of the event with some painfully flacid link. Easy money.
I’ve got a bad head today but am feeling pretty chuffed none the less.
