Development
I have developed websites and applications using all of the following technologies;

I am a Macromedia Certified Dreamweaver Developer but am comfortable with most web development packages.
I have very advanced skills in developing websites for users with disabilities. I am very familiar with the WAI guidance in this area, the legislative framework and the industry best practice.
I am familiar with most operating systems and web servers including Apache, NT, 2000 and XP.
I am happy working in any of the following graphic design environments;
- Paintshop Pro
- Fireworks
- Photoshop
- Flash
I have developed and implimented marketing plans ranging from simple search engine submission programmes to £30,000 media marketing campaigns. I have been professionally media trained and have given succesful interviews to the press, including this to the Telegraph.
I have extensiveexperience of project managing successful high profile projects. I am a qualified and registered Prince 2 Practitioner. I worked as project manager of the research and evaluation work on the National Project on Local e-Democracy, personally responsible for a budget in the region of half a million pounds. I am currently managing the CampaignCreator project, a £400,000 eInnovations initiative funded by ODPM.
I am a full member of the British Computer Society.
